41st Southeastern Residency Conference

Registration on this website is required for anyone attending the 41st Annual SERC Conference to be held in Athens, GA. All registration is processed on this website - there is no paper registration available.

Description

Each person, including residents, attending SERC must register individually and establish their own account. DO NOT have a secretary register everyone from your department - register yourself! If you are going to use a Procurement Card, you must create your own account and then have the secretary enter the credit card information once the payment link has been clicked and you are taken to the YourPay website. Do NOT change the name on the billing information section of the account to the person's name on the card. The account name and the billing information name must be the same.

**Checks will no longer be accepted as payment for conference registration - only credit cards.** Each person must register individually, using their personal account.

ALL RESIDENTS PLEASE READ before submitting your abstract. It is important to note that when you first begin your registration on this website and you register as a "presenter", you will see "submit your abstract" - click the box and go to the abstract page. On this page, you MUST type in something (abstract title, author name, practice site, etc.) for it to "save" the page for later revisions and final submission. Please remember that the abstract will be printed as submitted (grammar errors, capitalization errors, etc. will not be corrected).

A Self-Assessment question is required by ACPE. Please do not submit your final abstract without this section being completed.

Moderator/Evaluator registration is now required for anyone other than residents. Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests so your slot is not scheduled during your resident's presentation. Please e-mail Aaron Jones (tjones@uabmc.edu) if you have any questions.

Target Audience

This program is intended for for pharmacy residents and graduate students to make formal professional presentations of their own projects or research; exchange information and ideas with colleagues; discuss issues confronting institutional practice; and develop intraprofessional relationships. Institutions representing nine Southeastern states and Puerto Rico are invited to participate.

Requirements

Attendence at the abstract presentations and completion of the ONLINE CE Request for Credit Form and Evaluation are required to receive CEU's. Deadline for submission of the forms is August 15, 2010

Special Offer

Please make note of the Early Bird Payment Deadline to receive a reduced conference registration rate. The registration deadline on this website is April 27, 2010. Our office must receive full payment (by credit card) within the deadline dates to receive any discounted rate. All conference registrations must be paid in full in order to participate in the confernce.

ALL onsite registrations (after April 27, 2010) at The Classic Center will be charged $200.00 per person.
